Hello! I'm Melissa. I've been tutoring, mentoring, coaching, and helping students reach their potential for the past twenty plus years! I am passionate about sparking the intellectual curiosity of each and every student as well as nurturing their ambitions to attain their greatest potential.

Tutoring: I provide exceptional tutoring services in a private or group setting for students of all ages in language arts, math, sciences, and test prep.
LOCATED in Glendora.

Science Lab: fun and educational, hands on Science Labs for students from 1st grade through 12th. All materials provided. We meet twice a month.

Cooking: engaging and delicious cooking classes for children in grades 1st through 12th. All materials provided, no experience necessary. We meet three times a month. LOCATED in Glendora. Cooking class, $45/ per student/ per class/ three times a month

#Adulting 101: my class, "that's fire!" all the high school kids want to sign up for. Geared at helping high school students ready themselves for that next new chapter in their lives, adulthood. Class meets four times a month in and around Glendora, San Dimas, Azusa, and Covina.

Cancellation Policy
For private/small group tutoring:

You must cancel by 11pm the night before your scheduled time.

Science Lab/ Cooking/ Crafting/#Adulting 101:

Will receive a fully refund, ONLY with 48 hrs. notice.
50% refund with less than 48 hrs. notice as all materials will have been purchased prior to class.

Online Tutoring: Private tutoring using Zoom, Skype, or other online platform.
TK-12th grade Academic tutoring in English, Reading, History, *Science, and **Math *Science: Kindergarten – Physics **Math: Kindergarten – Algebra 2
All sessions are 45- 60 mins. in length.

Science Lab
$15 / lab / student
2 labs a month, Wednesdays
Labs run between 1hour and 1 hour 45 minutes in length, start time to be determined.
I provide instruction along with an emailed materials list and grade level appropriate lab report to be filled out by the student.
Parents are contacted on Sundays via text message to get a head count for lab.
Zoom links will be sent by text 15 minutes prior to class.
All students will be put into a waiting room until the session begins.
All materials and tools should be prepared and ready to go before class starts.
Lab reports will be emailed the morning of lab.
Parents must always be nearby to ensure safety.
